horizontal_offset_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243;]\n<p>Es una antigua mas\u00eda, adquirida y reconstruida a principios del siglo XVIII por Mart\u00edn Melchor Calabuig Calabuig, notario de la vecina poblaci\u00f3n de Bocairent y rebessavi de la actual propietaria Asunci\u00f3n Calabuig L\u00f3pez. La mas\u00eda estaba destinada como casa de cultivo y lugar de veraneo de la familia Calabuig y ha pasado de padres a hijos a lo largo de cinco generaciones hasta convertirse hoy en d\u00eda en casa rural despu\u00e9s de un proceso de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La mas\u00eda est\u00e1 formada por dos casas rurales totalmente independientes: San Joaqu\u00edn I y San Joaqu\u00edn II que se comunican por una doble puerta si el grupo es muy numeroso.<\/p>\n<p>San Joaqu\u00edn I: dotada de 4 dormtoris dobles, 1 triple y 1 individual, 3 ba\u00f1os completos (dos de ellos con ducha de hidromasaje), calefacci\u00f3n central, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, y chimenea, sal\u00f3n comedor con chimenea y TV, dos terrazas, barbacoa en el exterior.<\/p>\n<p>San Joaqu\u00edn II: dotada de 4 dormitorios triples, 3 ba\u00f1os completos, calefacci\u00f3n central, sal\u00f3n con chimenea y TV, sala de estar con camas auxiliares y TV, comedor, cocina con lavaplatos, patio interior con fuente y barbacoa en el exterior.<\/p>\n<p>Las dos viviendas comparten: zona de juegos infantiles, una balsa de riego acondicionada como piscina, una fuente de agua fresca incluso en los d\u00edas m\u00e1s calurosos del verano y amplios espacios por donde poder pasear y relajarse lejos del ruido de las grandes ciudades.<br \/>S&#8217;admitixen animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Las casas se alquilan enteras, sin compartir, para fines de semana, semanas quincenas o meses.<br \/>El precio aproximado por persona y noche es de 30 \u20ac.<br \/>Se brinda la posibilidad de recolecci\u00f3n de frutos seg\u00fan la temporada del a\u00f1o (n\u00edscalos, esparcen, nueces, almendras, avellanas, cerezas, peras, higos, pi\u00f1ones, moras, endrinas y caquis).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden adquirirse productos t\u00edpicos de la zona como el caf\u00e9 licor y el herbero de Mariola, y del orta cultivada por massovers de forma otalment<br \/>tradicional y ecol\u00f3gica: fabes, tomates, pimientos, pepinos, amfic\u00f3s, alcachofas, calabazas, melones, sand\u00eda y trigo.<\/p>\n<p>Se brinda a los visitantes que desean una gran variedad de actividades desde h\u00edpica, senderismo, cicloturismo, incluso parapente y volar en globos para los mees arriesgados y tambi\u00e9n visitas guiadas.<br \/>La mas\u00eda est\u00e1 situada en el centro mismo del valle, a proa de las poblaciones de Bocairent (8 qm) y Agres (1qm) donde se puede disfrutar de tranquilidad y espl\u00e9ndidos paisajes (recomendamos Bocairent de noche desde la entrada de la poblaci\u00f3n y, en Agres la vista panor\u00e1mica desde las cavas de hielo).<br \/>En Bocairent podemos visitar el barrio medieval con diecis\u00e9is fuentes, la plaza de toros excavada en la roca, iglesias, museos y las Covetes des Moro.<br \/>En Agres podemos visitar el Santuario de la Virgen de Agres edificado junto al resto de un castillo medieval, recorrer las costeras y beber de las fuentes de agua fresca y cristalina y recorrer la Sierra Mariola famosa por las hierbas medicinales y las Cavas de hielo o neveros.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la importancia monumental de estas localidades, tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de disfrutar de la gastronom\u00eda de la zona (gazpaxo de Mariola, pimientos rellenos, pelotas de olla, ma\u00edz frita, pericana, borreta, olleta, crema de Agres, embutidos, pasteles de las Motg\u00f3, rollos de almendra y las tonyes) y finalitsar con un licor, el popular herbero, elaborado a base de an\u00eds seco macerado con hierbas de Mariola.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243;
