Seg\u00fan parece ser, los se\u00f1ores del pueblo marcaban su territorio en los \u00e1rboles y la gente lo que sol\u00eda hacer en esta fiesta era cortar uno de estos \u00e1rboles al se\u00f1or para que no pudiera determinar su territorio. Todo esto fue derivando en una fiesta pagana que hoy en d\u00eda todav\u00eda se conserva. Puede ser la fiesta m\u00e1s antigua que se conoce en Agres.
